Terms of Use
These terms describe the current free early-access version of CoinReflect, a non-custodial behavioral crypto decision journal.
Last updated October 25, 2026 · Early-access terms
1. Using CoinReflect
You may use CoinReflect if you can form a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for the information you enter, keeping your sign-in details secure, and checking that your records are accurate. Do not share an account or use another person’s account without permission.
2. What CoinReflect is—and is not
CoinReflect provides educational journaling, rule-checking, learning, and reflection tools. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. It does not execute trades, custody assets, copy trades, predict prices, recommend tokens or exchanges, or request exchange passwords or trade permissions. You remain solely responsible for every financial decision and action.
3. Your records
You keep responsibility for the content you enter. You give CoinReflect permission to store and process that content only as needed to operate the service, provide your requested reflections, maintain security, and support the features described in the Privacy Policy. Do not enter seed phrases, passwords, private keys, or information you are not authorized to provide.
4. AI Reflection Coach
The Coach is an experimental reflection feature. It may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or wrong. It is designed to discuss process patterns rather than make market calls. When AI is available, the Coach may send your question and minimized structured signals to an AI provider. The Coach output is not a recommendation and must not be treated as one.
5. Early access and availability
The service is provided during early access and may change, be interrupted, or be retired. Payments and subscriptions are not active today. We may limit usage to protect reliability and prevent abuse. We will not promise that every record or feature will remain available forever; keep an export of anything important to you.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, scrape private account data, impersonate another person, or use CoinReflect to make automated or abusive requests.
7. Account closure and deletion
You may stop using CoinReflect at any time. To request account deletion, export your records first and email hello@coinreflect.com. We may suspend access where needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, CoinReflect is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. CoinReflect is not responsible for market losses, missed opportunities, exchange activity, or decisions made using the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product develops. The current version will be posted on this page. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@coinreflect.com. The operator’s legal name, mailing address, and governing-law details will be added before paid subscriptions or formal commercial launch.
